本机游戏数据
游戏会在你的设备上保存设置和进度，例如音效偏好、个人成绩、关卡进度、成就及主题解锁状态。这些内容用于运行游戏并在本机延续游戏进度，不由本应用的旧排行榜服务上传，也不提供云端同步。升级时可能读取旧版本留在设备上的兼容数据。卸载应用或清除应用数据通常会移除本机存档；系统备份或设备迁移可能依你的设备设置另行保存。Bendary 不会通过本机存档功能取得这些资料的远程副本。
广告、同意管理及相关数据
iOS 版集成 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）和 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）。应用会向 UMP 更新同意状态，并在其判断需要时显示同意表单；应用可依据状态初始化广告服务。游戏中的激励广告由你主动选择观看；不观看激励广告仍可继续游玩。设置中的广告隐私选项会在 UMP 要求提供时显示。UMP 表单和选项的可用内容可能随所在地区、适用法律和 Google 后台配置而异。
本版提供横幅广告、普通插页广告，以及由你主动选择观看的激励广告。普通插页广告可在游戏流程中的适当时机展示；本版不提供开屏广告、原生广告或激励插页广告。为请求、投放、限制或衡量这些广告并维护广告服务，Google 及其服务提供方可能处理 IP 地址（可用于推断大致位置）、设备或广告标识符、广告展示与互动信息、应用/产品交互信息，以及崩溃、性能和其他诊断信息。UMP 还可能处理同意表单及隐私选择交互、粗略位置和性能相关信息。Google 的 SDK 披露将这些信息列为七类：设备 ID、粗略位置、广告数据、产品交互、崩溃数据、性能数据和其他诊断数据。实际处理类别、用途及其是否与标识符关联，取决于你的广告隐私选择、地区和 Google 的广告配置。Google 及其服务提供方可能在你所在国家/地区以外处理这些信息，并按其适用政策和设置保留或删除。
追踪及你的选择
追踪许可与广告隐私选择是不同的控制项。当 iOS 显示追踪许可请求时，你可以选择允许或拒绝；你也可以通过 UMP 提供的隐私选项管理广告选择。拒绝追踪许可或限制个性化广告后，仍可继续游玩，也可以接收非个性化广告。你还可以选择不观看激励广告。广告及其可用性可能随地区和你的选择而变化。
排行榜、分析与旧服务
本政策适用的 iOS 2.3 及相同处理方式版本已停用旧排行榜的网络查询和上传。旧版本可能留在本机的排行名称、旧标识及成绩不会因保留在设备上就自动上传。游戏进度与成绩仅作为本机存档使用。
保留与删除
本机设置和进度保存在你的设备上；卸载应用或清除应用数据会移除应用可访问的本机存档。Google 处理的广告及同意管理信息依 Google 的隐私政策和广告隐私设置管理。你可通过 iOS 追踪设置、UMP 隐私选项和 Google 提供的广告控制管理可用选择。
儿童
本应用不要求创建账户。广告服务可能按其设置处理设备及广告相关信息。家长或监护人如有隐私问题，可通过下方邮箱联系 Bendary。
跨境处理

Scope: iOS version 2.3 and later versions that use the same data practices. Last updated October 25, 2026.
This policy explains how Bendary, the product developer, handles information involved when you use the iOS version of Merge Bouncy Balls 2048. If a later version changes its data practices, we will update this policy. A higher version number with different practices will be covered by the updated policy.
Game data stored on your device
The game stores settings and progress on your device, such as sound preferences, personal scores, level progress, achievements, and theme unlocks. This information operates the game and preserves progress locally. The app does not upload it through the legacy leaderboard service and does not provide cloud synchronization. An upgrade may read compatible data left by an earlier version. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data generally removes local saves; device backups or migrations may preserve data according to your device settings. Bendary does not receive a remote copy through the local-save feature.
Advertising, consent management, and related data
The iOS app integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The app updates consent information with UMP and displays a consent form when required; advertising services may be initialized based on the available consent choices. You choose whether to watch a rewarded ad, and you can continue playing without watching one. Advertising privacy options appear in settings when available through UMP.
This version offers banner ads, regular interstitial ads, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch. Regular interstitial ads may appear at appropriate points in gameplay; this version does not offer app-open ads, native ads, or rewarded interstitial ads. To request, deliver, limit, or measure these ads and maintain advertising services, Google and its service providers may process IP addresses (which can be used to infer approximate location), device or advertising identifiers, ad impression and interaction information, app/product interaction information, and crash, performance, and other diagnostic information. UMP may also process consent-form and privacy-choice interactions, coarse location, and performance-related information. Google's SDK disclosures cover seven categories: device ID, coarse location, advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. Actual processing categories, purposes, and whether information is linked to identifiers depend on your advertising privacy choices, region, and Google's ad configuration. Google and its service providers may process this information outside your country and retain or delete it under their applicable policies and settings.
Tracking and your choices
Tracking permission and advertising privacy choices are separate controls. When iOS displays a tracking permission request, you can allow or deny it; you can also manage advertising choices through UMP privacy options. If you deny tracking permission or limit personalized advertising, you can continue to play and receive non-personalized ads. You can also choose not to watch rewarded ads. Ads and their availability may vary by region and your choices.
Leaderboards, analytics, and legacy services
iOS version 2.3 and later versions with the same data practices disable network lookups and uploads for the legacy leaderboard. A leaderboard name, old identifier, or score left locally by an earlier version is not automatically uploaded merely because it remains on the device. Game progress and scores are local saves.
Retention and deletion
Local settings and progress are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the local saves available to the app. Google's Privacy Policy and advertising privacy settings govern advertising and consent-management information processed by Google. You can manage available choices through iOS tracking settings, UMP privacy options, and Google's advertising controls.
Children
The app does not require an account. Advertising services may process device- and advertising-related information according to their settings. Parents or guardians with privacy questions may contact Bendary using the email below.
International processing
Google and its service providers may process advertising and consent-management information outside your country of residence. Locations, mechanisms, and safeguards for cross-border processing depend on Google's services and applicable law. See Google's Privacy Policy and advertising privacy information for details.
Scope exclusions
This policy applies only to iOS version 2.3 and later versions with the same data practices. It does not cover the web version or its Google AdSense, website cookies, web analytics, or other web services; those services have a separate privacy policy. Android, WeChat Mini Games, and other platforms are also outside this policy.
